Painful joints? Heal your gut.

My love for nutrition therapy began with meeting a naturopathic doctor during the height of my struggles with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I desperately and blindly followed his strictly prescribed diet, giving up my beloved coffee, all sugar, chocolate, white carbs and many other complicated rules and after the first challenging few weeks, felt like a new person. It was mesmerising. The love for food as medicine has continued to this day (incase you can’t tell ;-)).

Naturopaths have long maintained that the gut is the core  of our health. All chronic conditions begin with gut health. I actually couldn’t agree more and science is starting to really back this up.
